No... God doesn't see drinking alcohol as a beverage right, but kissing and flirting are ok...you have to do that to find a spouse....

Depends on your motivation. If you go to parties so you can pass out drunk on the floor, don't go. If you go to parties to hang out with friends (in a non-sexual way), go.
