what is the cure?! my ex drained me out and made me paranoid and suspiscious and thinking too deeply! what can i do?

well believe me u can get it back my ex boyfriend took me from being a very seductive very out going person and turnt me into a boring, sit and watch telly girl. So i started going out and having a laugh and chatting with people and it comes back. Sometimes having a good drink and socializing helps.
