I'm not talking about the old ones that were ugly with the thick pads. These are the new colored, lacy ones they are selling in Victoria's secret. The pads are thin, dry, comfy - according to my daughter. She says they are better than the sticky kind of pads because they:
- don't stick on her body by accident
- don't require tight, uncomfortable panties
- can be worn without undies if you want

Anyway, I'm not selling them - but am curious if any other women have run across them or tried them? Do they work well?
Tampon users can sit this out... does not apply to you - thank you.

Some of you might be confused... these are not re-usable cloth pads - they are disposable pads.

Pads worked well snuggled under the parachute harness straps that go between the legs so the harness wouldn't chaff the inner thighs. But it was an embarrassment to carry them to the parachute issue point and ask a jumpmaster to insert them.

There are some things he just wouldn't do. They might work better at the end of a 30-30 Winchester butt though. Good absorption, right?

To be honest, I would try re-posting this under "Women's Health" -- I bet you'll get a lot more replies!

I haven't even heard of these, but I'd love to find out what others have to say, when/if you re-post. (Maybe you could paste a link to your new post here, under "add details.")

Good luck! :)

EDIT: To "Treday25"...
Obviously, she's trying to get as many relevant responses as possible -- which yours isn't. Anyway, what do you care? Don't *you* have anything better to do than b*tch her out over Yahoo?

Aren't you the same person as lizzy? (can't remember the exact username.) I don't know why this is such a big deal to you, but I find it a little odd that you keep asking questions about this.

They do feel quite good, the first time, but they just don't feel "right" to me. I guess I've been too conditioned with disposables. I admire the environmental responsibility of someone who can stand to re-wash and re-use them.

WHAT IS YOUR FREAKING STRANGE OBSESSION WITH THIS?
You have posted this little oddity in almost every topic section. How disgusting.

EDIT TO MELON ROSE: If it isn't bad enough this tired ancient subject is posted in this topic, I had to see it in the weddings section. Which explains my alarm. Perhaps you are as fixated on the subject as she is.

this is like ancient stuff. my grandma used to use those. yuck. & you re-wash & use them? That is so not very sanitary. I hope your daughter doesn't get bugs or something from using these. please be careful! good luck.

never heard of them - seems kinda gross if you have to rewash them.
