I would use a very high quality conditioner and use a wide tooth comb to comb it out. You may need to put more protein in your diet. I went through a time of my fingernails breaking and I took gelatin caplets and it cured it right up. I wonder if that may also work for hair. It is not expensive, and I think sometimes our bodies need a boost in whatever is in gelatin. You may also need a higher quality perm and hair color or at least one with no ammonia. The sun can dry hair out and chlorine from swimming pools. I don't think I really narrowed this down for you, but at least you have some things to try. Good luck!

Mine is permed and colored too. I use Paul Mitchells "The Conditioner." I put about a dime sized drop on my hand and work it through my hair. I don't rinse. It works great.

I'd use a leave in conditioner, they make various ones for permed hair.
Wrapping your hair in silk at night can help prevent breakage too.

i would give it a break from all the chemicals for a little while, try not to use too much heat, use a really good conditioner and use a deep treatment conditioner once a week

When you put your conditioner put it only on your tips and try blow drying it and then brush it. Usually it's okay because it happens to everyone sometimes but try taking care of it and be delicate with it and try taking a bath every 1 day. One day take a bath and then one day don't and then you know lol, =) Good luck

Get your dead ends trimmed and then buy hair care products that give your hair moisture. Hot oil treatments also work well.
