i have the same problem with a guy i know..i wish he would just ask me out! so just say hey will you go out with me? the worst she can say is no.

Well you tell her some comments about her then ask her out say Would you like to go out with me sometime!

man I'm good at this stuff. tell her you're kind of shy and it's hard for you to say what you want to say but you like her and you wanted to know how she felt about that.
