If you were to rank important qualities in men, how much does money matter?

it all depends Rob.
if a girl comes from an impoverished background, she could either see money as a way out of her poverty, or she could appreciate doing without, in which case, she'll be fairly low maintenance (i am the latter because i am educated and know that money does not equate happiness).
if a girl is rich and spoilt by way of background, generally, she'll be hard and fast in what she believes is her background (i.e having her bottom wiped...with your money!)
if she's rich and looking for a puppet to play around with, perhaps you could be her toy boy.
from yet another angle, money is needed to provide for any family's means...if you are serious about any woman and want to start a family, surely you can see money is not a luxury, but a necessity.
it all depends doesnt it?

I would say money is a 5 from 1-10. The reason being, without money what can the two of you do? He can't take you out to dinner if he's broke, he can't buy you gifts on holidays if he's broke, etc. However, if you're a loving couple you'll accept him if he's rich, in the middle, or poor because just quality time alone should be enough.

In today's society love can't buy you a sandwich. However I might find a rich guy with a disgusting personality and in that case, I would prefer to be involved with a man of a lowly income but knows how to treat a woman with honor and respect, working hard to make the little that we have count.

If a man loves me and treats me good that is all that matters. Money can't buy happiness, it can only buy material things. I am more thrilled when my guy and I are just talking or playing cards or video games.
That's the best times.
as far as money life is way to short to base that on love.

In my case if i would rank thing 1 to 10 money would be # 7. I think things like trust, honesty, respect, honesty , Integrity things like that are much more inportant than money.

It means nothing to me and shouldn't but be careful cuz girls lie about it in person but I have dated from pore to rich if they are nice guys then I am all for them but I have never asked a guy how rich he is. : )

Its not important, UNLESS he's expecting me to foot the bill, support him, pay his bills, etc. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for paying my way, and his occassionally, but, I'm not his substitute momma.
