I'm working a shift I am not accustomed to working, I'm getting out of bed before I usually go to bed. I'm tired, and I have another 8 days of this. I need high protein, some carbs, and some cafeine to get me through the day.
I will have 2 small eggs, over easy, cooked in a little margarine, a piece of toast with peanut butter on it, maybe some 2% milk, and a caffeine source, maybe coffee.
Mid-morning, I will have a carb, work served mini muffins today, I will have one, and a little coffee.
