Maybe you need to go back and actually read the Qur'an properly and not take random lines out and interpret them out of context.

Islam does not have a problem with 'infidels', so long as they do not harass/kill anybody or infringe on their rights. Certain crimes, such as murder, are indeed punishable by death. I'd like to see the exact suras that say Mohammed killed people and Muslims should go around killing people for no reason too.

Do u know why some people hate Islam ?
becouse they read half of any sentence in the Qur'an, BUT if they complete the sentence, they will really know whats going on & whats God wanna tel us, what He is taking about

the Qur'an says NOT to kill only, please read the rest of the sentence
the Qur'an says to kill who attacked us in the first place (defend ourselves, also Muhammed (PBUH) told us NOT to kill a child or a woman or an old man in the defensive war)

Islam was meant to be peaceful. The prophet Mohammad spoke a lot about peace and he was indeed a peaceful man.
One has to be very careful in reading the Quran...it can't be taken word for word....the same as the Bible which says that God told Moses to slaughter the enemies of the Jews. I don't see Jews doing what God told Moses but Fanatic Muslims do bend the words in the Quran to suit their purpose.
I am a Muslim and haven't killed anyone. I know no muslim who is warlike and agressive like the fanatics in the Middle east.

Not everyone thinks Islam is peaceful. I don't know them to be a peaceful people. They the Muslims where created to do exactly what they are doing.

While it is true, not all Muslims are murders, a very large percentage of Muslims would murder in cold blood, in a heart beat.

Who is everyone? The way it looks from here they are not peaceful people. I think Muhammed was talking about the warriors trying to take over their country at the time, not the whole world, but guess that got "lost in translation" and now they are applying it to anyone who is ignorant of their beliefs. At least that's how it's looking from the 'outside' into their religion. They oughta be teaching everyone about the beauty of their religion, but they are not doing that at all, so we remain ignorant infidels, worthy of death. Wow, lovely.

It is indeed peaceful and so shall it be.

Just the way you have other religions show casing the other sides of them, where were you in the days of KKK and the other massacres and terrorist acts that have taken place in the world. Were they influenced by Islam. NO!! You shouldn't expect the less from the muslims. Remember, it is humans who make up the religion called islam, and these humans are influenced by the things happening in and around them.

Neither the Qur'an nor the prophet of Islam, ever preached the killing of other people. Get that into ur thick skull!!!

the koran does not say to kill people. that's a misread. people are just saying it says that in order to incite violence against the innocent part of the muslim religion. the only violent ones are the islamic radical extremists. who by the way are attempting to incite hate between the muslims and the non muslims. I'm Catholic by the way and I don't agree at all with the idea that ALL muslims are violent. Just like not all Christians are violent, Just like not all Jewish poeple are violent either.
