In Bars the pressurized drink dispenser is called a "Gun".
When asked for a drink of water, the bar tender pull out the pressurized drink dispenser, pushed the water button "triggering" the "gun" to go and filling the mans glass.

Because the gun you are refering to is the bartenders gun which has all the well brands of liquor as well as water in his hand at the touch of a button he can select any thing he wants to pour including a nice cool drink of water for the satisfied customer.
