Exercise a lot.... power walking, pilates, etc.
Eat two meals a day of cereal with skim milk, and a serving of fruit. The third meal should be chicken or fish (serving size about like a deck of cards), whole wheat bread & a vegetable.
No eating between meals.
Drink 2 quarts of water each day.

I know your going to hate this but Exersise areboic , Not running as it can damage your spine and knees.
Bkie ride get aaused norditrack usually abour 150 -200 diet less fatty foods les red meat more veggies andish any sort is fine.
Weight l;ifting w you can buy what you need at a wlamart dumbells ankle weights more if you want !
avpoid gimicks that p[romise rapid weight;oss they can be very dangerpous talk to yopur docotor if you paln ot take anmything .
avoid the temtaition opt go online and order prescition weight loss drugs . thy are reasonably safe but not really good for ra[pid weight l;oss . and need to be taklenalong with a good healthy diet .
Also resiot snakcing late at night . drinking more water Spome fruit juices are ok but the have alot of sugar in them that occuires naturally .
good luck and stay safe in your quest ot loose weight once yoiu lose it try keeping it off it will male you feel better !

I once went on a diet which on day one you ate all fruit, day two all veggies, day three a combo of both, day 4 - 8 bananas and milk, day five chicken and brown rice (I forget the rest!) and with it all you ate a soup made of onions, cabbage and celery, flavoured with chicken based bouillion cubes. I think it was the cabbage soup that made you lose the weight. So if you can find that recipe (It used to be recommended as a diet for obese cardiac patients but then they pulled it) go for it...it works but not until the last day that you step on the scale....mind you it's all water you lose for the most part. It's not recommended for longer than the one cycle either.

Walking everyday, eat 3 regular meals with less calories more vegetables, physical exercises(not exhausting)
and most of all and most importantly you should be convinced and determined that this is better for you, not hating it, not thinking its a homework, not getting frustrated and feel down, the first few days you will loose rapidly d then it will be so slow but then it will return to a regular decrease of weight.

OMG I am so tired of answering this one...There are to many woman worried about weight loss and if u eat right then u shouldn't have to worry. Okay this is what u should do.Don't eat sugar or flour. Like anything that has sugar in it and flour like bread and noddles. Then eat fruits,veggies, wheat bread and noddles, and lean meat. In small protions...Good luck

Go on a diet of only water and salmon or chicken. Nothing fried, no juices, no coffee, no rice, no sweets. Go to the gym and do
aerobics. Remember drinking only water. That will do it.

Eat properly and cut your portions back possibly as well as exercise more. If you are already in an exercise program, then change it up so that your body responds more quickly.
