The executive is the branch of a government charged with implementing, or executing, the law and running the day-to-day affairs of the government or state. To achieve this the executive administers the prisons and the police force, and prosecutes criminals in the name of the state.

The judicial system is the branch of the gov't which enforces the laws as regulated by the legislative. The police belong to the judicial system. Another are the judges who interpret the law, pass judgment and mete the necessary punishment according to the laws.
Under this branch, the following regulatory syst em also belong such as the FBI, CIA , prosecutors and the district attorney.

Judicial!

Legislative is charged with MAKING law.... Judicial ENFORCES.

Executive Manages. While the President can invoke Executive Order... the Judicial Branch issues orders based on the law, as they interpret it.

I think you have to narrow down what country, state, region, and law you refer to.
The last time I checked, NONE of the 3 choices ENFORCED
the law. The politicians write words for the government area they
are involved in, helped by miscellaneous groups of legal advisors.
The judicial bodies "rule" on the nitty gritty interpretation of the law,
and have nothing to do with the " words" of the law.
The government officials read the " words" in legislative bodies,
and if voted on by the ENTIRE body, then, the words become law, - made by everyone present. They do not enforce anything.
The courts do not enforce anything.
If my understanding is correct, ONLY Officers of the law, who
neither make, nor interpret the law, can enforce the law.

This may vary whether the law you speak of is in Dodge City,
or in Washington, or whether it is a law of Constitution, or a law
about parking your bicycle.

Legislative (senate, and house of representatives) makes the law.
Judicial (supreme court) judges them.
And Executive (president) enforces them.
