Why do i blush?

Every time this certain guy comes into where i work i go totally red. When i was younger i used to have a crush on him Its so embarassing when he comes in. How can i stop this?

Blushing is caused when a surge of adrenaline makes the capillaries (tiny blood vessels), below the skin, to widen. Your emotions when you see this guy are what sets of the adrenaline. The only way to stop blushing is to get control of your emotions....which is easier said than done...unless you want to seek counseling.

Most guys find blushing attractive as it makes it very evident to them that you are interested...not to mention that it adds a healthy glow to your face.
