looking for proven ways of improving these body parts. Answers should be about natural ways of improving them ie, through food, exercise, routines, etc. If you have a proven method of enhancing these regions that is not natural, then please state at the beginning of your anwer that it is not natural and then proceed to anwer the question as well. Proof of enhancement would be beneficial to a good answer!

well, I'm assuming you're an adult and done your grwoing. So for breasts, lose weight around your middle. It'll firm up your breasts as if you are fit they won't sag. Also, get a good bra that provides strong support to keep your breasts from sagging.
As far as "enhancing" a man's genitalia, bit more difficult. I'd say illusion plays a huge part. Shave all your pubic hair off and it'll make your penis appear bigger.

Now you want a natural way to enhance your sexual parts. Well your sexual parts are already the size there are naturally. Any natural method you decide to use ( what ever it may be) I guess has to be taken in serious doses, sorry bub, that's just not natural. Natural is accepting your body the way it is and thanking God for it.

i havent heard of any miracle things or anything but i would just keep eating healthy and stuff like that, i know of a way that is not technically natural but its not plastic surgery or anything, there is a treatment that doctors do (i watched it on a tv show) were you go into the doctors office every so often and they use something kind of like a breast pump (sorry i dont know what its called) but it somehow enlarges your breasts, the lady in the show just kept going back to the doctor and he would do sessions of that and it made her boobs grow like a whole cup size or something, i'm sure there would probably be a limit as to how much this pericular treatment would go, here are some websites i've found the first one tells about male solutions also http://www.offtothemarket.com/ http://breast-enlargement.cjb.net/

Of course a woman can get breast implants, but for a man who wants a penile extention the surgeon goes into the groin and releases a couple of muscles. This allows more of the penis muscle to extend. Not by much, though, maybe an inch.

for breasts, always wear a bra, massage them a lot to keep them perky....for men, trim unruly pubic hair, wash daily, shave if need be, if circumsized all the better or if not.......WASH DAILY...or if your mate wants more foreskin...you can stretch yours by wearing weights .........it works.....had a partner do it.......for female lips.....if you think they are too long or hurt or get in the way of things a doctor can make them look better and feel better too.......
