I think a low carb will help shed pounds fast but 2.5 weeks is not realistic or safe. No junk food, exercise, and drink plenty water through out the day. I think you should give yourself about 2 months to take off 35 lbs to avoid health issues.from too rapid a weight loss.

It's not considered healthy to lose more than 1% of your body weight per week. Any more than that and you will likely harm your metabolism and burn muscle instead of fat, meaning that once you stop whatever you are doing to diet, you will gain back all that you lost plus more. It generally takes at least 4-6 months to lose 35 lbs. If you want a permanent change in weight, I would recommend NutriSystem, as it has worked well for me, but there are many diet programs out there that teach you how to eat healthier so that you can lose weight and be healthier. First off that much is not possible in that amount of time.. second off to even begin water water water water. second eat nothing white. no bread no potatos no cereal nothing like that. water pills if you can get ahold of them are okay if you are careful and are old enough for them. Second off you have to keep your body from thinking it is starving so eat as soon as you wake up. even if it is like a peach or something like that. lots of small things throughout the day. carrots celery stuff that burns quick all day long. eat a good lunch like a grilled chicken salad light dressing like italiian. and if you are looking for a good work out then pilates on the ball and lots and lots of walking high powered walking.

If it happens - you will be really sick! That's too fast!
If you need to be thinner - get Hoodia. I've lost 25 # in about a month. If there is some place you have to go and want to look thinner just for that and it's coming up that quick, try body wraps! They can do I think 3 a day and "condense" you down.

Eat a lot of salad and also when ur hungry drink water!!!! Do exercise run & jog!!!! And eat a little porshan of food

putting a time limit on such a big number isn't healthy. portion control, extra cardio will help, just don't hurt yourself
