Well, hopefully he has alerted the police and they are searching for his child. They then need to go to court and they should make her have supervised visitation rights.

If she moved out of state with his child without his consent, that is kidnapping and she can lose custody. Have him check with his lawyer about possibly running a Social Security check to see if and where she is working and send the police after her.

She needs a court order to remove them from the state on a permanent basis. He should report his son missing and abducted by the mother.

On the other hand, step-siblings have no rights to see each other.

It would be nice, but the thing is that moms, even crummy moms have more rights than dads do. Thats why guys need to get wise and stop having sex with women that they arent commited to like in marriage. It stinks I know, but like I said that why babies should be born in a home with married mom and dad.
