sometimes i leave my dog outside (when it sin't too hot)
but when ever i go get him he will be all hyper and unconrtollabel.
he will jump on me and act like i have never trained him.
also if i try to control him by using cesar millans tequnique ("biting with hand") he will bite me with his mouth!! he never has made me bleed but i'm afraid one day he will. what is the correct thing to do when ever i go outside to him and he is tied up?
also what should i do when he steps on me? i think he sometiimes steps on me just to show he is more dominant then me and i understand that but how do i correct him?

here is some info on him:
•labrador
•7 months
•male
•un-nueterd
•nice around everyone

i asked the vet about toys annd she said 2-3 toys maximum.
he has a rawhide bone, squeaky toy, and
the one thing i think is called a kong(that's his favorite) and he never digs so that's a sign he is not bored

Well one thing is for sure, he can't get enough of you :) Obviously he's excited to see you when you return from your days work. Can't blame him if he's tied up most of the day with no one to play with. Get him a squeaky toy or something - it might keep him entertained throughout some of the day. When you come home, start to walk towards him and extend your arm out to pet him, if he looks like he's going to start going into spaz mode and jump up on you, step back and say "no" confidently. You might have trained him well, but if you're not confident when you say the commands he won't take you seriously. The right tone of voice is always key. But don't raise your hand to him - It will break his trust.

nicely, i does no longer answer your question as such. yet i unquestionably hate civil Liberties whilst they say DNA shouldn't stay contained in the gadget if no longer convicted. and that they overlook that an excellent sort of murderers, rapists and serial killers are detected this sort, whilst the suspect were committing a minor offence and replaced into no greater advantageous actioned. Or whilst they say that CCTV is a contravention of ones privateness. How stupid is that. definite for the duration of the 30's and 40's you will have objected to this. yet once you haven't any longer have been given something to conceal, then what's the situation. the government won't make it a nazi state or be a dictatorial state because of the fact of a few greater cameras. Are they afraid they're filmed whilst they %. their nostril? think of Cameron because of the fact the recent Dictator, yeah top. advance up you civil hippies ! There are so lots greater, yet I shall leave this for now.

Please do NOT hit your dog. This will only do two things...either make him scared of you or make him aggressive. He's young. Neuter him. Take him to obedience class. Beyond those two things, what I do with my dog that used to do the same thing is come in and ignore him (No touch, No talk, No eye contact) until he calms down. As you walk toward him, turn around the SECOND you see him getting excited. Do not talk to him while he is excited (you already know this if you watch Cesar). He'll get it eventually.

Good luck!

Ignore all unwanted behavior!! If he goes to jump up on you just turn your back on him and walk away. Try again in a minute or two. He's obviously excited to see you, but he needs to learn that at no time is he allowed to jump on you. Same goes for all undesirable behavior.

the biting on the neck thing does not work on every dog, firmly hold on to his color and make him sit and quiet him when he becomes this way.sometimes especially at your dogs age, they are still trying to find their place in your relationship, you do have to show them that you are and intend on being the alpha,it will take a little time but he will learn also, exercise and enough of it is key to a healthy minded pet.

Neuter him for starters. And when you go outside don't go directly to him. Go outside and stand and wait until he calms down before you do go him. Teach him to sit and tell him sit and make him sit before you pet him. He is just young and hyper but Labs are smart and he can learn.

I don't think there is much to do. You have a male, un-neutered, which is hyper and then a lab, which are really active. Your dog will outgrow this stage.
