ebay can be really good, I got a really nice samba dress for $40 on ebay- sometimes you can find ones that were marked as "irregular" by the company so they're really cheap but there really isn't anything wrong with them. Just make sure you know your size and check return policies before buying anything online. Also, check the reputation/costumer feedback before buying online because its hard to really know what you're getting from a picture. I know someone who got a dress from the internet and it was completely destroyed and unusable so just be careful. You can also talk to other people who dance, sometimes they get good catalogs with nice costumes that are cheaper. Good luck! :)
