Give her a couple capsules or a spoon full of Benedril . This will help prevent problems resulting from the hystemines in the sting. There are some good sting pain relievers on the market. This will take away the pain.

I have gotten stung may times and it seems that toothpaste is the best to help get rid of the pain of the poison. My doctor once told me to use it and it has worked great for me ever since. Just simply apply it the affected area...enjoy

Use a credit card and scrape it across to get the stinger out.

Put some ice on it, give her sone tylenol for pain.

If she starts breaking out in hives, gives her benadryl.

If she had breathing problems, call for an ambulance. Tell them she is having an anaphylactic reaction and does not have any epinepherine.

Good luck

the 1st step in making a yellow-jacket sting no longer itch is to refrain from typing "lol" on the tip of your sentences. Typing "lol" after your person comments will only make the stings itch lots longer. Did you relatively laugh out loud when you typed that stuff? i'm hoping no longer. possibly the poison from the area is making you delirious. stop what you're doing as we communicate and take a chilly bath.

First - get the stinger out! Then meat tenderizer and put ice on top of that. Chloseptic (throat spray) will also numb it.

Any hives or problems breathing - get her to the hospital ASAP. Call an ambulance if necessary!
