well....i had a girlfriend for 4 years...and i broke up with her....and now i wish i didnt.....i dont know if she still loves me anymore......i asked her if she would ever go back out with me and she said she dont know if she want to try again because she thinks im ganna do it again...but im not i want to be with her for the rest of my life....what do you think i should do/say to her to get her to believe what im saying.....!

Show her that you are by what you say actions speak louder than words. Prove to her that you made a mistake once and can't make another mistake again. If you love her like you do you will do ever thing that you can to show her that you want to spend the rest of your life with her. She still loves you but she scared that you will hurt her again. But it seems like you all have a good friendship. So do what you got to do to get what you want.

Breaking up sucks! It may take a while to get over it but you did the right thing. Don't talk to her, this will make it easier for the both of you. Get out there and have a good time. And remember just one thing. "Nothing helps you get over the last one like the next one."

no matter your effort it will take the girl time to believe you again especially if she is not the cause of the first problem, well thank God that she still listen to you, now you need not only to tell her that you love her, but you need to prove beyond reasonable doubt that you are out for seriousness. begin to work towards taking the bull by its horn, (i mean marriage) with that she will be convinced.
