In the Lemonade Diet/Master Cleanser do you have to put maple syrup? and how much lemonade are you supposed to drink everyday? When you lose the weight becuase of the diet does it show, like do you look thinner? or is it just water loss?

I did this diet and the mixture is 2 tbsp lemon juice (preferably fresh, not from concentrate and organic), 1-2 tbsp maple syrup (grade A), a dash of cayenne pepper, all disolved into 8 oz of water. There are several variations to how often you drink it. One is that you only drink it all day for at least a week but you have to take a fiber pill each night or you get plugged up, the other is that you have it for breakfast and lunch with a plain cup of herbal tea and for dinner a bowl of plain vegetable broth or juice watered down. You can loose up to about 14 lbs in a week but it's almost all water weight and you will gain it back almost immediately. It is mostly to clean out your system. Also, the cayenne gets hotter the longer it is in the water and it can upset your stomach. The first time I did it, it came back up my throat and I started coughing because it hurt and I coughed so much I almost threw up. Just a warning. It's great to do right before a big even though so that you look good.

Any diet where you only eat/drink one thing is not good for you. You need to eat well-balanced meals, cut out high glycemic levels of sugar, and don't eat white flour. This will make a big difference. Look up Sugar Busters on the Internet. It's a great program and not a fad diet.
