I've been planning on moving to Coventry (England), and I'll be able to in about a month now, but i've already started college here in Seattle, and I've a lot of other stuff going on here right now. Should I forget about it and move now or wait until I get out of school? Or something else not mentioned?

By the way, I'm just starting my first year at the University of Washington, and it's not like I'm moving to a different country without knowing anything about it. I lived there for nearly three years before I moved back to WA again.

And to ossakiP, thanks but I was born in Moses Lake, and lived just below the Tri-Cities in Hermiston OR before I moved to Coventry the first time, then moving back to Seattle.

I would wait if I were you. Seattle is a great place to live; have you had time to really get to know the city. I think you'll be glad that you accomplished your degree before you move...then you'll be free to move around until you find a place to plant yourself. You should visit the east side of the state. The Columbia River is nice and there are so many great wineries...if you like wine.

If it were me, I would stay in Seattle...wait til you have finished school and then come and enjoy the thrill that is Coventry (?) Coventry was a fine place until WW2, with fine half timbered houses and old churches etc. Then the Nazis bombed the cr@p out of it and now it is a souless concrete jungle in my opinion. Do all the stuff you have going on in your life right now. Coventry will always be waiting.

If you have started school I would say wait until you get your degree and then move.

Our dollar is weak and basically everything in England will be doubly expensive as it is here...so college will be cheaper in the states.

Stay in school, if you want to move later then go!

good luck!

I would stay where you are for now.... You have already started College and give it one year and then decide before next year.... Alot can happen in a year.. It would be ashame to lose your money and all the investments and time you have made to be where you are now.

Sit down and make a list of pros and cons, and analyze the choice. If your almost done with school, it may be a big mistake to throw that away when it's almost done, but that's just my opinion.

Finish your college education then move - otherwise you may get sidetracked and find it hard to continue your education, and now a-days its very hard to get anywhere without a degree!
