Absolutely. Im a 16 year old girl, I've been on a date and kissed but I think its important to be pure, which you are and sometimes i wish i was still pure.
Its perfectly fine and girls like it, so dont worry, when the time is right you will get it.

I was 18 before I had a "real" kiss from a girl.Yes I know.Todays standards it might seem kinda lame.But from that, things just kinda had the snowball effect.Now I'm 25 with a daughter and married.With the same girl I recived my first kiss.WOW.Your only 15.It might seem like you all grown up but your not.I'm 10 years older then you and I would love the freedom of being 15 again.Anyway your answer in short is YES IT IS NORMAL TO HAVE NEVER BEEN KISSED OR ON A DATE BEFORE.It will all happen before ya know it.

I think the questions you should ask yourself is why is that bad?
I was 16 before I ever had a girlfriend or kissed a girl.
Just because everyone around you may seem like they are in a relationship, that doesn't make them better or worse than you.
Life is more than if you have a girlfriend or not.
And even if this makes since to you, I sure it probably won't make you feel any better. But you won't be single forever, so don't let it get you too down.

That is totally okay! My husband was 26 and had never been on a real one on one date and had never kissed a girl until he met me. Take it slow. Don't worry about those girls, because once you start attracting them, they won't leave you alone!! lol

its ok. you dont want your first date or kiss to be some random girl. make it special because you'll always remember the first.
