if a dog eats grass but throws it back up and won't eat anything wat should I do? what is wrong with it?

Well, I think you should buy a little bit of different food each three days or so and see if she likes it or not. If not, keep buying it different food. Asprin is tough on the stomach. Your dog is already having a problem, so asprin is a bad idea.
You said that he won't eat anything and hasn't in 2 days. He needs to see a vet.

its just a bellyache. don't worry about it. let them outside and eat more grass. its their way of cleaning out their system. then feed them rice. Its super smooth on their stomach. Good luck with your dog!!!
