Can anyone suggest a book title regarding manners and ettiquette for a middle-aged woman? The woman is old-fashioned, out-dated, and out of touch with today's new rules. It should include information about tipping people, among other things. The last one she bought was an old one written by Eleanor Roosevelt. She needs something very current. Money is no object. Thanks!

Try Emily Post's Ettiquette, 17th edition. It's a standard recently updated.

Just to add to the list of Miss Manners, Judith Martin also has a book on email ettiquette.

Good Luck!
