jeez, FINALLY someone who's not just being DUMB.
I sympathize with you. I'm 15 years old and the same height as you. I weigh 113 now, but I weighed 140 at the end of 8th grade. I basically just changed my eating habits. I started eating smaller portions, making healthier choices. I also tried to incorporate at least 1/2 an hour of excersise into each day.
you'll get there -hug- and hopefully you'll get taller o__o''

One week -- perfect time to change habits. You won't reach all your goals in a week, but you'll be on your way.
Set goals you can realize -- 1 week from now, one month, 6 months, and a year. By the time you start eighth grade you should have accomplished many goals. The goals should be focused on events that you accomplish. I would stay away from goals like "loose 20 pounds in 8 weeks." Rather at your age, I would focus on things like, I'm going to run a mile in under 6 minutes. Or I'm going to do the whole 20 miles of the walk-a-thon this fall. Or I'm going to play on the basketball team. Set a goal and then work toward that goal. Tell other people that you have a goal. Talk to them about it. Ask their opinion. The people who care about you will enjoy helping you to meet that goal, but only if they know about it.
Start walking. It's good exercise and its really easy. Make 30 minutes each day to go walk somewhere -- really walk and don't count meandering from your locker to the cafeteria. Then after a few weeks, mix in some running. Just a few minutes of running for each few minutes of walking. After a few weeks, you'll feel comfortable running the entire 30 minutes. Run/walk to or from school. Walk to a friends house. Take the neighbor's dog on a run. Ride a bike to the store to pick up milk for your mom. Get outside and see the world.
Walking, running, or bike riding make an excellent base for participating in just about any sport or dance. Find a sport that you want to play or a dance class you want to take. A good sport or dance class will keep you motivated. Between your own activity time and a team sport or dance class you should be raising your heart rate with physical activity for at least 6 hours each week -- that means you should be moving around enough to be a little bit out of breath for almost an hour each day.
Also, eat right. You're growing so don't starve yourself. Eating right means getting plenty of food -- good food. Personally, I avoid anything with corn syrup. As a general rule of thumb, junk food uses corn syrup (or high fructose corn syrup). It's a simple rule that really helps draw the line between what's a good snack and what's not. (Your mom's homemade cookies probably don't have corn syrup -- eat one or two of those to indulge but only after eating a few non-sugary foods. Soda, lemonade and other drinks are loaded with corn syrup.)
Most importantly, tell your parents that you want to loose some weight. They may want you to talk to your doctor. Be open and honest with both your parents and your doctor. They will want to help and will be able to guide you through a process that will take more than a single week.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

don't do anything hasty!
Losing weight takes time, exercise and proper diet.,, check with your doctor before starting a diet program.
Get a exercise buddy and support each other while you both are dieting and exercising.... good luck!
