A pot roast is awesome in a crock pot...and easy! Buy a beef or pork roast, Mckormick pot roast seasoning, potatoes, carrots, and whatever else you like. Put it together the nite before, refrig. and plug it up in the morning. I can't think of anything for breakfast....I will have to try maybe eggs, sausage and cheese?? May be good!!!

you should get the All Receipes.com slow cooker / casserole cookbook. It has a lot of REALLY easy and good reciples. I use my crock pot so much now that I have it. One of my favorites is to roast a whole chicken all day, then shred the cooked chicken and use it in a variety of ways, like on a salad or in a casserole or enchiladas. Easy! Also, a 3 lb. pork shoulder roast - pour a ton of bbq sauce on it and cook all day, shred it and make BBQ sandwiches.

You can take chicken, roast, or pork chops (making sure they are boneless). Add some cream of mushroom soup. It is delicious. You can add minute rice and you have a meal with a veggie side dish. You can also buy crock pot cookbooks that will give you all kinds of recipes.

Both are good for you, each fruit/vegetable has different vitamins. Therefore as more variety, as better. Vegetables have generally less sugar than fruits.
