I don't understand your question. If you want to have sex for the first time, and you are 54, "don't bother." You don't know how lucky you are never to have gotten into that habit. And if you live alone you are uniquely qualified to sail along into your 90's and get wiser and wiser and wiser. You're living in a kind of paradise, having escaped from the concentration camp of hormones and their tyranny.
If you mean that you are too cynical and jaded to have sex anymore and want to have the spirit and pure heart of a virgin, "you don't want that," because you haven't thought thorugh the consequences and self-disgust that you're going to feel when you make the comparison live in person within your own brain.
Which ever reading of the question is correct, why ask for the impossible when you are in a good position to pursue a little bit of wisdom each day? Life doesn't get better than that.

You are male? You want to reverse time and experience? Well you cant change the past, but you could find someone nice to do it with. When you do, then all the bad memories will vanish. If you are still a virgin then you are a gift to god because of your virginity. Embrace it and love what you have accomplised. Being gay is WRONG! But who follows the 10 commitments. I am not perfect but I am not gay. Thats one less sin off of my list stopping me from going to heaven. Don't you want to see jesus in the heavens?
