Depends on the breed. Large dogs mature slower. Could be anywhere from 6 months to a yr.

I'm hoping you mean how soon can you spay your female dog. The answer to that is 4 months.
Please don't let your dog contribute to the millions of pets killed each year because they have no homes.

I think at about 9 month of age. That's when my rottie girl started.
