Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

Your head weights about 10 pounds so that is an easy 10 pounds to loose.
Come on, seriously! If there was such a way and we knew about it do you think that there would be anyone fat here.
Liposuction is the only thing that even comes close to it but I have heard people complain (a lot) about disfiguration if you get a liposuction.

First:
In the morning: Juice any, two toasted and maybe eggs
Lunch: as every day
dinner: no dinner . every night eat a big salad . Nice salad :
broccoli, potatoes, carrots, beans, corn, tomatoes with lemon (any quantity) whatever you like.
Lots of water, you will loose wait very easy. No more food.
No cakes, cookies, ice cream, sodas only water.

You can't keep it off if you lose it that way, so there's no point in even going there...
Eat right, cut out junk food, sugars, etc...and exercise regularly...about 3 lbs a week loss is the max you can do in a healthy way, and expect to be able to keep it off long term...

nothing is easy but cutting down on carbs and sweets, soda and sugar will help you bring down your weight and 'volume'. and LOTS of water. try to have at least a gallon of water a day.
worked for me. after cutting down on these i realized that i as also bloated.

crash dieting works best to kick start a diet. it's only ok to do it for a week or two though. Try the cabbage soup diet or the cottage cheese diet (where you only eat cottage cheese every three hours and the suggested serving amount).

liposuction. but that's dumb. there is no EASY way. eat right and excercise are the only things that really work. it may not be SUPER FAST but t will work.
