I would say no. 14 is too young to be taking these things, they are still in their "growing formative" time.
I rather doubt this pill helps anyone to gain muscle. Being in the fitness business, I train all kinds of people who have tried all the pills, diets, and every shake available. The only way to gain muscle is to use resistance with them, and this is with weight.

I think that 14 is too young to be using pills like that, since 14 year olds bodies are still going through a lot of changes. They should gain muscle the old fashioned way- eating well, exercising, and lifting some weights.

this is a steroid, and it shouldn't be taken unless prescribed by a doctor. Even over the counter steroids can be harmful and fatal.
As a 14 year old, the good old fashion work out is your best bet, your body is still developing, and anything artificial that you put into your body can and will damage it.

I bet it would NOT be a good idea for someone who is not through growing to use a product like this. I'm not an expert or anything, it just seems like common sense to me.
