Only if you are falling - - - lol
No, flying is actually fun - especially the take off
The only reason why you would puke is if you fly for a really long time - chew gum and drink 7-up or something like it

Don't let flying scare you. I fly all the time b/c my dad is a private pilot. The best part about flying is taking off and the landing. They both have a unique feeling. When your in the air you will be fine and its awesome to look down at the clouds or the city underneath of you. If you don't have a weak stomach you most likely won't vomit. If you get nervous just let the flight attendents know and they will keep you calm. Also if you get nervous you can just sit and talk yourself through it or just think about something else. You have a higher chance of getting in a car crash than a plane crash if that makes you feel better. And the pilots are highly trained in what to do in different situations. If you are flying I would recommend flying on Continental, they are the most comfortable planes in my opinion. If you think you will be too nervous fly you can also ask your doctor for a xanax will help with the panicing on the plane and just carry it with you incase you think you will need it. Chew gum to keep your ears from popping from the altitude difference. Good Luck!
and dont worry abot turbulence... its just little bumps and most of the time you dont get any during the flight, but its not a big deal if it is there

Don't be afraid. Try to zone out and not think about where you actually are. I usually read a book, listen to music or watch a movie. There are vomit bags for people who have have weak stomachs. I have flown over 100,000 miles and haven't once ever seen anyone use them. Sometimes you the flights get a little turbulent but it's not anythin awful. I love flying because all cell phones are off so most people are quiet doing their own thing. Good luck and don't be afraid!

Flying is not scary. Make sure to get a window seat and look out especially at take-off and landing, because it is really quite interesting. You shouldn't have any problem with any kind of motion sickness either. The thing that scares most people is turbulence - when the plane goes through windy air. This is normal and the airplanes are designed to withstand 10 times the roughest turbulence you could ever encounter, so just think of it as hitting a bump on the road in your car.
I saw where another person even commented about it being boring - that can be true, so take your ipod, or a good book.

The actual flying part isn't scary, no. Turbulence in the air due to storms, etc. can be a little rough if you aren't used to it, but it hasn't ever turned my stomach, and I get carsick pretty easily. You should be fine.
Your ears will pop when the plane climbs. If you're worried that might be a little uncomfortable, just chew a piece of gum & swallow often until your ears adjust.
What's NOT fun about flying at present is getting through security with all of the regulations about what can't come on board (like bottled water, lipgloss, or any other liquids, etc.), taking your shoes off to go through the metal detector, and having to get to the airport several hours before departure in the first place. So be prepared for a little frustration in the terminal!

Flying can be scary your first time.
No you won't vomit, that almost never happens. The up and down motion that a plane makes is to short and sudden to cause you to feel sea sick.
If or when you look out the window and see that the wings are flexing alot. That is normal. The wings on the Airplane are designed to flex up and down nearly 6 feet. They won't break of.
Air turbulence is sometimes scary but totally normal and safe. As far as I know a plane has never lost control because of turbulence. The food sucks. The seats are always to small. Depending on the length of your flight, you should go to the washroom before you get on the plane. Taking a dump on a plane at 35,000 feet is not fun. Have fun.

It's not scary at all. If you don't have a weak stomach, then you're good to go. For me, airsickness and the airplane food are the major issues for me. But I never vomitted or anything like that. I use the bags to put garbage and stuff.

It is a unique experience, and it depends upon the size of the aircraft you are flying in. a Turboprop feels a lot different than a 747. Personally, the only thing i find scary about a plane is the bathroom! takeoff is a blast, you go so fast that you are pressed into the back of your seat! my advice is to get a window seat, and look at all of the things on the ground. its a shame not to enjoy yourself and get the most out of your flight.
do you get motion sickness on boats, or at amusement parks? if you do, that may be an indication of how your body will react to flying.

No, flying is not scary...it is nothing at all like those movies on tv, and believe you me....I thought it was gonna be like that..especially when the pilot said there will be some slight "turbulence"....all I could think of was everything would start to fall, the plane would go topsy-turvy!!!!! All because of the airplane movies!!!!
When my pilot said the T word, I froze in my seat!!! Didn't budge, just stared straight ahead. Nothing at all happened!! The turbulence felt like driving over potholes in the streets!!! My husband and our son had a good laugh on me!! Ever since then, I have had very enjoyable flights.

most people dont get airsick - if they do, its because of turbulance (the air bouncing the plane around). Im not particularly fond of the idea of flying. It goes against the laws of nature for me to be seated in a metal thing weighing tonnes thats up in the air!!! I hate take off and landings - but once Im in the sky, Im fine. Even though It makes me nervous, its the best and fastest way to travel - and even the safest!!! Enjoy it and dont panic about what big scardey cats like me have said - you might find that you love it!!!!
