Well the men I have met that have affairs are usually getting sex from their wife, so I have to think it something more. From the men i have talked to, they are looking for acceptance, and their wife isn't giving it to them. They want to be told that they are loved and their wife doesn't. So they find someone that doesn't really know them and tells them that they are wonderful and they end up in bed. Note that this is most of the time, not all. Some guys are just jerks and just wasn't to fool around.

Usually, it is because something in the marriage is dysfunctional; there is something missing in the marriage, but neither party want the marriage to end for a variety of reasons. If we have an open society, and not such a hypocritical religious uptight dogmatic society the affairs would not be problematic, and frankly would probably occur with allot less frequency.

Everything their not getting from their wife. Or it could be to boost their ego depending on their age, There are many reasons. It could be for certain sex that their wife won't do. It could be someone to complain to about their wife. They might be attracted to this woman and want to see if he can conquer her. Many many different reasons.The one thing it isn't unless they are seperated is love. I have to say this too. Woman need to stick together and stop going with other womans men.
