If you don't snap out of it in two weeks, seek professional help. You just gave us the textbook definition of depression. Everyone has bouts (speaking from personal experience). I usually get to a point where I can function for periods of time, then back down I go and I just 'exist' for awhile, rather than live.
Talk with someone. Get some help.

what do I do personally? I just keep pushing forward. Because for every bad thing that happens to you, there's a good thing. I also remind myself constantly that there's always something to be happy about, even if it's just the fact that I'm alive. I always keep a list in my head of the great things in my life. My friends, my family, my health, the fact that I have enough money to live more than just comfortably, knowing that people love me...there's so many things if you just clear your mind and look right in front of you.

You have allready goten a lot of good answers!! I think every one is diferent. I have been in your place a time or two in my life.Medication can be great. but That to me is just covering up.When I get like that it is telling me I need to start taking care of bussnies! Get up at the same time every day, keep your house and your body clean.take pride in your job,talk to pople,eat well just take care of yourself,do what you know deep down you need to do.Don't give up.Every part of our life is an episode in a great movie! Nothing will be the same forever.Get your self into a ruteen. I bet things will get beter for you.

um excuse me but you are giving yourself excuses for being sad, its not anyones fault but yours, there is never not a way you just arent thinking hard enough, we make our own destiny, our own happiness HOW MUCH DO YOU WANT IT is ultimately the question stop feeling sorry for yourself, no one can help you but you. you have the choice to get up and start thinking about how you can do things, you can make the decision to take the challenge and WIN no matter how hard it is, no one is going to help you throughout your mental anguish so stop crying pick your head up and go get what you deserve, what you deserve is whatever you get yourself thats it, anything is possible there is no such thing as "cant" you just arent thinking about the solution as much as you should. what are your problems, i will help you come up with the solution, there is no problem without the solution just people who want to fail and people who want to succeed the people who want to succeed automaticly make themselves stronger. stop being weak cause you know you arent, if things dont go your way MAKE THEM GO YOUR WAY. find the solution

i would call my dr and ask him to refer me to a psychiatrist and councler to talk to them and find out why i feel the way i do.you may need an anti-depressant to give yourself a pick me up so you can be happy and smile again

EXACTLY how i feel!
i dont knw what to do,
next year i want to try boarding school though.
Thinking maybe it will help to be in a new town, new people and just able to start over!
