If you are serious. You have diarrhea because: 1. You ate some bad food. 2. You ate some food that always upsets your stomach(if so, you need to stop you could be allergic and could be damaging to your insides!) 3. You may have a stomach virus. Either way, you need to let it run it's course and let the bad stuff out. Try to stay hydrated with WATER-not tea or Gatorade. Try to eat a Metamucil biscuit, vegetables, or brown rice for fiber. Don't overeat. It is not good to have diarrhea past 3 days. It depletes you of iron and other needs for your heart. If you are past day four go see a doctor.

I took a marginally rapid seem and from what i could see i do no longer think of the image is improved. besides the undeniable fact that, I do have a sneaking suspicion she would have had 'some' artwork accomplished. I say that for one reason basically. till she's donning one heck of a push up, her breasts are slightly too 'perky' for the load. Her physique shape is high-quality for her, and admittedly i does no longer blame her for procuring some greater help. Her top would make that weight on her chest much tougher to hold than say a 6 foot woman. a intense-high quality finding woman and that i'd decide for to spend a while exploring..um.. her ability. Even at 5'5". ;)

As with the others, Immodium AD can work well. If it doesn't for you, try Pepto.

Eat those things that would normally stop you up, including the BRAT diet (as LaLa444 suggested).

Make sure to keep yourself hydrated -- Gatorade would be good. (Just don't try to swallow Immodium pills with Gatorade; the Gatorade will dissolve them in your mouth before you can get them swallowed -- worst taste ever.)

Also, if it's become really bad, you might find a little relief in using some Desitin and using lotion Kleenex for TP.

If the OTC medications and BRAT diet don't work, you may need to see a dr.

They're right- Immodium for the diarreah.
Also, diarreah causes dehydration. So drink lots of fluids (Gatorade will replace the water and stuff like electroltyes, minerals, and salts that is being hmmm.... flushed away)

immodium a.d. is the best for quick relief. make sure to keep yourself hydrated; drink plenty of fluids. Don't eat anything heavy, you may have a virus. I had one two months ago that lasted three days. I couldnt leave the house without having to run to the bathroom every 10 mins. The immodium helped me out a lot with that though.

Gatorade does nothing for diarreah or rehydrating the body when you have a "chronic" case of Diarreah.

Lala444 has a good answer!

Modify intake of "certain" meats known to have a lot of
microbes (like pork), nitrates (like red meat) and high salt (like crab legs).
