Ouch!
You are best not trying to do it yourself, as it will stick you upper and lower jaw together! Get the crown in wrong and it will wear against the teeth opposite.
It's not going to take more than a minute, and if you're struggling to find a dentist, most will see you for something that quick, patient or not. (Just say you are visiting family from out the area)

They sell something like this...I think it's called Dentemp or something close to that at most drugstores. This will most likely only hold for a couple days. You could maybe use it as a temporary fix, but I'd go ahead and make a dentist appointment soon.

Any drugstore will have it, but it is designed to be temporary, just to get you back to the dentist.
If you are VERY CAREFUL, you can use just a tiny drop of superglue. It works pretty good, and will last longer than the dental temp stuff.

do not put superglue near your mouth!!! why do ppl even think about this! not onlyis it dangerous but acctually destroys white filling material and means in future dental adhesives wont bond as well!!
best option is to see a dentist, but as a tempoary fix untill you see one try a bit of denture adhesive like poly grip but be warned that when drinking hot fluid like tea and coffee this will disolve it!
temp cements can often be quite strong and if you cement in wrong position it can be very hard to get back out!

Go to the dentist it wont cost much just to get it stuck back in, or turn up at a dental teaching hospital, you may get it for free!

You can get a kit from Boots called Dento nurse or dent-temp they should do the job,but only on a tempery basis, unfortunately you will need to see your dentist to have it cemented on permanently.

any drug store carries a temporary tooth glue, but there is no way you can avoid the dentist, they are the only ones with access to the right adhesives.
