I'm not really good at talking to girls I dont know. I get really nervous. Someone please help me. I'm ok when there's something to start a convo like if she's looking at the same music I like, but what do I do if there is nothing to help me?

I'm far from being an expert but if you have somebody in school or neighborhood that you like, then you find out about them, what they like and so on, and there you try to make your move, especially if there is something you have in common, offering her to do one of those activities together. That's how you get to know her and she gets to know you better.
If you see her for the first time and you know you may never see her again. Then I would just go and say that this must look cheesy but you really like the way she looks and you would love to get to know her over a drink or dining somewhere, which you would cover obviously. Trust me, it may or may not work. It's all about soul connections you make with others, especially the opposite sex. Sometimes you or she may say simple stuff which you don't even pay attention but still works because you make that connection. Remember, not only men are attracted to women in the first glance. Women think similarly if not the same. They decide if they will sleep with you or go out with you right in those first moments. Am I wrong ladies?

say hi. im so and so where u from ? smile - she will guide u to a conversation as all girls gab if not then she not interested hoping ur not some tall skinny googly guy with no muscles who wears glasses ( just kidding) make sure ur teeth are clean .. ask ur self what about her do U like ? whats the attaction her hair/ body ? or substance like her smarts or things she is interested in.. her talents if u know them or skills ot the way people like her etc.

comment on her hair what she is wearing, anything complimentary. dont be absurd or over the top, be sincere. dont stare at her chest or bum while you talk. look in her eyes. be confident and calm women like a confident guy. say what you mean and follow up on what you say and promise

I think saying "hey" and giving her a smile would be fine, because most likely she will say "hey" back, and then you can start a conversation.

one way i meet girls is through selling stuff. i just walk up to them and say you wanna buy (blah blah blah) stuff like that or the fact that im really smart and they always come to me if they need help. thus this way i make friends.
