When I ask god to cure my illness he may say no, why is it he always answers no to prayers that ask him to manifest himself?

Mark 11:24 is VERY specific about this promise. It reads;
"Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours."

Maybe He's just saying no to YOU for some reason. I have gotten many prayers answered and God has proven Himself to me many times. I think the answer lies within yourself.

This may be the hardest thing that you will ever accept, but God answers our prayers in His way, in His time.

We want healing, peace, work, food, etc. but wait until it is too late. Why couldn't God be a hero for us and bring us what we wanted?, we may ask. It is a good question. It is easy for Him to comply, He is in control and has the power, so what's the problem?

Our problem is that God has a better plan for us that includes other factors to be complete before He settles our case. We may need more maturing, grooming or character before He gives us what we need to survive, heal or grow. If He wanted us to depend on Him to show our love and faith in His decision, that is what He may be waiting for.

Do it today! Make God your unconditional love and hero. He has great plans for you tomorrow!

Ok... the key word was believe (have faith) if you don't believe what you prayed for will come to pass ...then it would of course appear as an unanswered prayer.. Faith is the key to any kind of deliverance..God bless you and I will pray for you and your illness. I pray to our Father God that today right now in Jesus name you are healed of any diseases... and rebuke the devil in the name of Jesus.we bind all unbelief in our God in the name of Jesus.. AMEN>>

God does not have to prove anything. He does always answer prayer, maybe not in the way you expected, but it is always answered. You failed to mention what ails you.

He can say no because he's God, and it doesn't have anything to do with "proving" anything. His followers have faith in him that he's there, and here and everywhere. You should pray that he strengthens your faith and helps you get through this illness...thats what he wants is you to believe in him and rely on him through tough times.

Maybe it's because you are not praying with a true heart. Really, your sarcasm just oozes like an open sore.

Excuse me for quoting Futurama, but..."When you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all." from the episode where bender meets god.

Hey cool that's my quote!
Glad to be of service.
And the apologists really did come out of the woodwork did'nt they? It's like they can smell logic, but have NO idea how do deal with it!

how do you expect god to manifest when you hide behind the mask?

"God, I want..."
"God, do this..."

Stuff like that isn't praying.
