The absolutist clause "for any reason whatsoever" was part of the focus of the Q. Few who voted true tackled this aspect with reasoned responses. Some of the falses did do so to their credit. And the best answer to this controversial Q is:

False. Women who have abortions are taking only one of the choices available to them and for the reasons that are theirs alone. MD's who perform abortions are not evil as it is a legal option for them to do so and sometimes they have to do it no matter what in cases of medical risk. Anyhow it is much better than some back alley shyster with a coat hanger.

True. It is beyond my comprehension why a child magically becomes a child only by being outside the uterus. How is this magic done? How does passing down the birth canal mean that the child is now a real human being? Simple logic would tell you that if a child is a human after it is born that it had to be a human before it was born. If it is living and blood is circulating in it's veins and it's brain is functioning then all these things had to be happening two minutes before it was born also. There is no switch that causes these functions to come on when it passes into the air.
The only reason why people tell themselves that the child isn't a living being until it's lying on the table and crying is because they would have to face the fact that it is a child when it's in the uterus. If it's a real human then, than to take it's life would equal murder. They would never admit to the fact that they actually are saying that it's OK to murder some people...and that they are able to say which people it's OK to murder. They are intellectual and moral cowards. They have been deceived by mindless drivel and mendacious propaganda.

False. If the mother would die otherwise, it's better to save a life you can be sure of than one that is still only tentative. Otherwise, however, true. How can a person judge whether or not a child is going to have a life worth living? Shouldn't they get to be the ones to decide? It is tough being in foster care or in a very poor family. It's shown that those things tend to lead to a greater percentage of criminals, but that doesn't mean you have to end up that way. A lot of good people had to rise above their surroundings and were able to do so. Not giving them the chance is criminal.

False. There are situations in which a woman has no business carrying a baby to term, such as if she was raped by a family member, is too young to have a baby (speaking physically, as in her pelvis is not wide enough to birth a child,) or carrying the child to term would potentially kill the mother as well as the child, instead of terminating the pregnancy and sparing one life. Finally, it gets into "lesser" evils. I think it's less evil to let a woman make choices about her body and her future than it would be for the government to attempt to force a woman to do something or not do something with her own uterus.

Neither. I'm not saying it's evil, but I'm not saying it's good. I believe it should be used only when the time calls for it, as drastic measures, not because 'Oh, I don't think I want to be pregnant' but because there could be a problem for the mother, or the baby later on down the road.

The women and/or the MD can repent as long as they vow never to place themselves in that position.

If a woman is raped and expecting, the women can still try to bring the child to term; however, one can understand why a woman would abort a child in that circumstance.

False. Forcing an unwanted child to live in a foster home that turns out to be abusive, now that's evil.

Yes. They don't own life. How dare they take life away. How about if they put their feet on the feet of the aborted babies? Would they still think of personal choices or rights?

I feel that any woman who decides to have an abortion unless she was raped, is committing the most horrific sin, MURDER. Abortion is murder, God planted this seed in the mother's wound and he intended for this to be another life. God stated in the 10 Commandments that he laid out for us that we shall not kill, and what is abortion, it is killing and this is breakig the commandments. God forbid anyone that would kill, and yes I feel that the medical professionals that are doing this are committing evil.
