Dieting is stupid, dieting pills are stupid times by one hundred, the only way to loose weight is to do it the healthy way - lifestyle change for long-term health - exercise and good diet, if you have a real weight problem then this is something your doctor can help with.
Phentamine to my knowledge is in the mid-grouping of slimming/diet pills, available without prescription but not as common as the likes of slimming aids such as Adios. Prescription are of course dangerous, over the counter are just a waste of money – yes, I am biased on prescription slimming pills, my [young] cousin died a few months ago as a result of a doctors idiocy prescribing diet pills.

Don't take any diet pills those are all temporary you regain everything once you stop Eat healthy and keep up the treadmill To cut down on the belly weight do some core workouts such as sit-ups/crunches, twists, leg lifts etc Drink a protien shake when done-just one to lose weight any more than one a day will make you bigger Muscle milk is pretty good for loosing weight and it tastes great again just one a day

Don't take them.
Nothing is going to be the super pill that will make you thin within a few days, weeks, etc.
You need to watch what you eat and work out.
Depend on yourself to lose weight, not a pill that could potentially harm you.
If you are worried, go see a doctor. She will tell you what you need to do if you are obese.
Do pilates. Go walking each night.
Do this every week and wait a month for results. You will see them.
Go by the pant size, not the scale.

Yes..they work. I had to start out taking 1/2 a pill a day, I built up my tolerance and then started taking a whole pill. I didn't have any negative side effects. It made me not want to eat. I had to make myself eat something. They are great.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

dont take em, anything that artifically ups your metabolism is bad news, as the minute you stop taking them it crashes and you have to eat like a bird to just stay in one place, excercise is the only way to permanently raise your metabolic rate, and burn more fat, a balanced diet with lots of veg, and 20% protien with the odd treat, and a good excercise regimen will see results in no time.
I bought an elliptical strider, as I have big boobs, weak ankles and flat feet, so running is a no-no, I stick it in front of the tv, and watch a couple of programmes, before you know it you've been on it 45 minutes, sweating like a horse, and blood racing, its great! plus the time passes really fast and you dont get bored!

dont bother. Excercise and a good diet is the best way!! Take up swimming or something. Pills are not good for you

I would not recomend this as I am sure this will do you more harm than good imagine your plate is a Y shape the bottom parts filled with veg and the top part with whatever meat you are having
