Interesting question. I answer it like this:
No two born-agains think alike. There are many interpretations of the Bible, and each person believes that his or her interpretation is right. This leads us to the inevitable conclusion that either only a few are right or that being perfectly right doesn't really matter. I would opt for the second possibility. Having a systematic theology may be interesting but we should be modest in our interpretation of the scripture. (What makes me think I'm right or you right or anyone else right?) With so many interpretatiions, it is more probable that no one is really right.
But that may also lead us to another conclusion, that since it doesn't matter whether we can understand the scripture perfectly, then maybe what we should do is just what Christ says: Love your neighbor as yourself. Forget all the wrangling over theologies and doctrines.
Besides, understanding how small I am in this universe, I don't feel confident enough to say that I can really understand what there is beyond it. I mean, how can I, as one tiny being think that I know any better than anyone else.
So, no, born agains ought not to think alike but should work out what they believe themselves. No one knows any better than each person does. And born agains should also be modest enough to realize that each person must decide for themselves and not try to force others to believe just like they do.

Hardly. Christians can't agree with anyone, especially other Christians.

Sure, we should all think like Christ. The trick is deciding who among us is really thinking like Christ.
