Try something different...I used to be able to lose weight by just dropping my calorie intake (and cutting junk out junk food) and exercising...but one day, that didn't work anymore...I ended up on Atkins diet to lose weight because the really low carb consumption, was such a HUGE change in my regular way of eating...

Perhaps for you it'll be a change in what you eat...or a change in exercise...

I've been known to drop a couple of pounds after a weekend in which I did NO exercising, when my norm would be to workout for at least 1 hr per day, maybe 2 hrs...

See what you can come up with to trick your body and kick start it into weightloss again...

Good luck!

Ten years ago I lost 85 lbs with the help of chromium picolinate.
I had no side effects and the weight loss was dramatic even after hitting a plateau. I started it again recently, to take off a few unwanted lbs. I lost 13 pounds in 4 weeks without dieting!

It's called a plateau, you change your exercise routine and it should straighten itself out eventually.
