Have someone give you a back massage, the muscles in your back tense up and it causes some of the cramping. If you hav heated car seats, go for a ride with them on... it really helps alot because it heats you back and your peri/private areas.

properly you may want to recognize that the Vagina Peoples are very protective of their fortress and do not get exhilaration from overseas gadgets invading their fortress. they're likely up in hands and gnashing their teeth--and really each individual knows that unhappy Vagina Peoples equivalent an unhappy vagina! fill an empty 2 liter bottle with warm water and "roll" it on your abd/back.....ibuprofen seems to work better than tylenol since it has an anti-inflammatory in it....as much as you don't feel like doing any excercise during your period, it really does help to take a brisk walk or swim

Get one of those rice heat packs and put it on your lower back and lay on your stomach. Also drink lots of water and take pamprin.

take midol or any pain reliever, take a warm bubble bath, and for work one time i used one of those stick on heating patches, and that worked pretty good!!

if you move it might actually get better. when I start walking the pain isn't that bad, or just take a tylenol
