i have thick shoulder length hair and in layers and i cant think of anything else to do w/ it besides straightning it!!

u should totally get side swept bangs. it makes everyone look and feel sexy. leave urs down for now 2 show off the layers

Maybe you could get it flipped or you could go on line a look at different styles with the same length your hair is to get some ideas.

flip the ends out, part it on one side tease the back top part of the hair spray then pull your sides up with the part you teased and its very conservative too!
