I believe I can lead others away from the anger of hatred towards the gladness of love by example, in words and in deeds. What is hatred? Maybe hatred is an action that creates division and destroys unity. What is love? Maybe love is an action that creates unity and destroys division. Maybe we love by feeding, clothing, housing, nurturing, educating, and caring for ourselves and others in peace. Maybe we should not hate by starving, striping, pillaging, raping, indoctrinating, and disposing of in war. Maybe we should devote energy, space, and time to making love happen and be advocates for the harmonious way of expressing the drives of the seed, body, soul and spirit to create, survive, perfect and revive.

If you read your bible you will see that it says God is love, that when you are experiencing true unselfish love you are experiencing God. This kind of love was called by the greeks "Agape" or uncondtional love, this is the love he has for us but we as humans have a difficlt time comprehending.

I believe He loves us unreservedly and as christians we are to love others. Even people who can seem pretty unlovable. He does say we are to love our enemies as well as our neighbors.
He says in 1 John 4:19 - 21
19We love because he first loved us. 20If anyone says, "I love God," yet hates his brother, he is a liar. For anyone who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen. 21And he has given us this command: Whoever loves God must also love his brother.

God loves me & I love Him for one. 2nd God loves everyone else and we're supposed to do that too.

its not so much our love that bring it in christian belief,,,,,its the love of jesus,,, how much more love does anyone have that to take our place and die in our sted,,, so its his love, first he loved us , so after he saves us his love flows through us,,, pure love can do no evil to anyone,and will in return want every one else to have this love also,,,,,, a friend in christ

everything, God is love, God gives love, He died for love of us, He wants us to love one another, In heaven we will be surrounded by love, that's what it's all about. "Love one another as I have loved you. '
