They are not bad but it is harder to get them put on the table now i am 25. Whats wrong with Fish Fingers, mash and peas..

Fish fingers .... soul food! You may need to have a 'smoke' before trying this, but it's yummy for the munchies. Once you've cooked the fingers, use a knife to carefully cut off the crumby bit. The fish underneath is covered in a sort of paste. Scrape this off and spread it on bread and butter .... heaven. The fish and crumbs that are left, well, with the munchies it's obvious.. just cram them in your mouth as fast as you can while making the butty with the pastey stuff! :-) Enjoy!

I love them, but I prefer them in batter rather than crumbs. I have not had them for years as my b/f does not allow me to buy anything processed (he is a fine dining chef and knows what goes in to highly processed foods, if you knew you would probably never eat fish fingers again either) so he makes us fresh fish goujons, covered in tempura batter, it's a posh version of fish fingers, tastes great on a white roll with salad and ketchup!

I like fish fingers on buttered bread. My boyfriend loves them but with tartare sauce and mushy peas.
