i go out in the clubs and i just have sex with no proper precaution. and i am afraid something might happen to me and i really want to stop

I did the same in the Philippines...crazy but I did it and hate condoms....but its a gamble and like rolling the dice...do it often enough and you will catch something.

Smart guy, stop being a dumb guy. Do you want it to fall off?
Just imagine if you had no sex anymore because it fell off or got horribly blistered, etc.
Either way, bring some protection with you and take one day at a time. 21 days to form a habit, just start one day at a time with how you want to live.

Figure out if you want a girlfriend. Maybe you can find one that has the same interests as you. Sex being one of them. But she and you have to be mature enough to use protection. Then it's a win-win situation.

You don't want to stop. Besides, with the medicine they have now you can live for a few extra years plus it helps you lose weight.
