im training for trak
in september
i run about i mile nonstop 3 times a day
and do yoga for 20 minutes
and i walk in the mornings and afternoons with my friend who wants to loose wait
im just training for tryouts and i want to have a more toned look as well

At that height and weight, you are fine...so a 45 min workout to maintain your weight is not bad at all...you definitely don't need to lose any...you could probably do that workout 3 or 4 days a week, and keep what you have...

Depends on what you're doing. A 5-6 mph run for 45 minutes is more than enough. A light biking for 45 minutes may be too little. You're at a good weight and height, don't try to lose too much weight. We don't need another Hillary Duff/Nicole Richie on our hands.

That's plenty of time. I'd recommend a 5-10 min warm up, 20-25 min of circuit weight training, and 15-20 min cardio, and a 5-10 min cool down

That's a perfectly normal weight for that height. In order to maintain that, it depends on your metabolism. But you really don't have to do more than 20 minutes of cardio a day - the rest of the time can be spent toning if you want, but if you're young and active, it's really not necessary.
