Whenever you are going out, whether to school, work, a restaurant, on a ride in a car, train, plane or to a place of entertainment, always have some emergency items on you, such as Kleenex, medicine, sanitary napkins(if you are a female), etc. Take nothing for granted. Don't assume that you will find the item(s) you need where you are going, especially things needed for your personal hygiene. You can get compact versions of these items at drug stores, and some camping supply outlets. The old Boy Scout motto says "always be prepared!"

This has never happened to me. I generally keep tissues in my purse. Also, if you go to the baby aisle in some stores, they sell toilet seat covers. I keep those in my purse too! Public restrooms can be so nasty!
