I think so. It seems credible. Give it a try. if it doesn't work, complain to the company.

No, you can't get rid of fat by using the ab lounge. You can tighten the muscles beneath the little "pocket" of fat. To get rid of fat, you'll need to burn it off, and this means something like walking, running, swimming, stationary bike, tae bo, kickboxing, aerobics, anything that makes you move for at least 30 minutes a day. Also watching what you eat, especially at night. Watch and limit these foods: cheeses, sodas, sweet treats, fast foods, fried foods. Do include: any fruits and veggies into your diet.

No, abs are too small of a muscle group to really burn any fat and you can't target weight loss to a specific body part by working out that body part. Do bigger exercises like squats, and benchpress or lunges and pushups to burn more calories and lose weight. The only real way to get a flat stomach though is to watch what you eat. As the saying goes, Six-packs are made in the kitchen not in the gym.

All I'm going to say is that I go to a lot of garage sales and I've see quite a few of those puppies going for about 5 bucks a piece. If you already have one I say go ahead and give it a try - if you're thinking about buying one I'd go with no... check out the local rummage sales, it'll save you some money and aggrevation when it doesn't perform like you'd expect! GL!

You can't spot reduce god now I have tried. You will have to do cardio as well as the ab lounge to get the results you want as well as a balance diet.

Only if you follow a strict diet routine. Eat a lot of protein. Don't eat any fat.

If you maintain your present diet and do exercise you will use more calories and loose weight, plus, fat is larger than muscle, and voila, you'll get smaller, too!!!
