Not exactly. Aren't they going to build a memorial building? I agree with Jackie. But the families of the victims are debating wether or not it should be built.

Not as they were. They're putting a building dubbed the Freedom Tower on the site, along with a memorial that at last count was to cost a billion dollars.

its all ties up in politics. No one likes the twin towers when they were built. So they are, somewhat childishly, building a building 1,776 feet tall.
